Synterra clients can get access to long-distance and international telephone communication in two ways:

• by prior selection of service provider,
• by selection of service provider upon each call.

In compliance with Decree of the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications of the Russian Federation of February 20th, 2008 No.24, for access to long-distance telephone connection the access code 22 was assigned to Synterra and for access to international telephone connection – the access code «27».

 

The clients, which signed Prior Selection Contract with Synterra, shall for getting access:

 

to long-distance telephone communication, use the following dialing procedure:

• dial 8
• wait for a long beep signal
• dial the area code* of a location within the Russian Federation and a telephone number.

to international telephone communication, use the following dialing procedure:

• dial 8
• wait for a long beep signal
• dial 10
• dial the area code* of a foreign country and a telephone number

The clients, which signed Contract of Provider Selection upon Each Call, shall for getting access:

 

to long-distance telephone communication, use the following dialing procedure:

• dial 8
• wait for a long beep signal
• dial 22 for access to long-distance connection,
• dial the area code* of a location within the Russian Federation and a telephone number.

to international telephone communication, use the following dialing procedure:

• dial 8
• wait for a long beep signal
• dial 27 for access to international connectionзи,
• dial the area code* of a foreign country and a telephone number.

You can sign a contract for access to long-distance and international telephone communication by Synterra JSC through your local telephone service provider, a Synterra agent, or directly with Synterra JSC. Services may be provided by Synterra JSC only in case an agency agreement is concluded between your local telephone communication provider and Synterra JSC.
